Restaurant menu, reservations and orders

Restaurant has three parts, each on your plan separately: the menu, table reservations and food ordering. Start under Settings → Restaurant settings with your Currency and Time zone — "sold out today", booking times and pickup times all follow that clock.

The menu

1. 1Press New section — Starters, Mains, Drinks — and set When it's served: pick days, or none for every day, and times, or none for all day.
2. 2Add items with a Photo, Price and Section. Mark dietary tags (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal…) and what it Contains from the 14 common allergens.
3. 3Add Choices for sizes and extras — each option can carry an Extra price, and a choice can require at least or at most a number of picks.

Your menu is at /menu. When a dish runs out, set it to Sold out today — it comes back tomorrow on its own — or Sold out until I turn it back on.

Tables and reservations

Under Tables, add each table with its Area and Fewest guests/Most guests. Bookable online off keeps a table for your team to give out. Then, in Settings → Table booking, switch on Guests can book online and set:

• Who gives out the tables — Automatic confirms at once with the smallest free table that fits; Host approval holds the table until your team confirms.
• How long guests stay by party size, and Minutes to clear a table between bookings.
• Booking hours, Largest party online, and Guests can cancel until (hours before).
• Deposit per guest from a party size: paid online, kept on a no-show, owed back if the guest cancels in time.
• Reminder (hours before) — 0 turns reminders off.

Guests book at /reserve with just their name, email and phone — no account — and cancel through the private link in their email. The Reservations screen shows the day as a timeline per table: Confirm, Seat, Move, mark Done or No-show, and seat walk-ins with New reservation.

Ordering and the kitchen

In Settings → Food ordering, choose how guests order — At the table (QR code), Online for pickup (same day), Delivery — and how they pay: Pay online by card or ZarinPal, or Pay at the table or counter. For delivery, list the Postal codes you deliver to (end one with * to match a prefix) and set the Delivery fee, Free delivery from and Minimum order.

1. 1Open Tables → QR codes and press Print. Each table gets its own code.
2. 2Put them on the tables. A guest scans, orders, and the order is tagged with their table.
3. 3Keep Kitchen open on a screen. New orders appear within 15 seconds; turn on Sound for a beep and Auto-print for an 80 mm ticket.
4. 4Move each order through Start, Ready and Done. For pay-at-the-table orders, press Mark as paid.
