Getting help from VPress

Open a ticket with the VPress team, attach screenshots, follow the conversation, and see how soon your plan is answered.

Most questions are answered in this Help Center. When yours isn't, open a ticket: you write to the VPress team from your dashboard, and the whole conversation stays in one place.

Open a ticket

  1. 1Open the menu under your picture at the top of the dashboard and choose Support, or press Contact support at the foot of a website's sidebar.
  2. 2Press New ticket. Write a one-line Subject, pick a Topic and, if it's about one website, choose it under Which website?
  3. 3Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Attach files takes screenshots, PDF or text, up to 8 MB each and five per message.
  4. 4Press Continue. If the help articles already cover it, you'll see a short answer and the articles first. Press This solved it and nothing is sent, or Still send the ticket.

Follow the conversation

Every ticket has a number, like #1042. You get an email when the team replies, and a dot on Support in the menu until you've read it. Reply on the ticket's page; your answer goes back to the same person.

StatusWhat it means

SolvedDone. Writing again opens it again.
ClosedDone for good, two weeks after it was solved. Open a new ticket and mention the old number.

When your question is sorted, press My problem is solved, and tell us how it went. Your rating goes to the team.

How soon you'll hear back

Your plan decides your support level: Standard, Priority or Premium. Each has a first-reply target, which the new-ticket form shows before you send. A ticket about one website is answered at that website's level; a question about your account, at the best level among the websites you own. See Plans and billing to compare plans.

Still need help?

If the articles don't answer your question, open a ticket and the VPress team will get back to you.
